Arquitectura ecológica | Torre dinámica de Dubai.

Dentro de la arquitectura ecológica, el rascacielos giratorio de Dubai en Emiratos Árabes fué un proyecto visionario del arquitecto italiano David Fisher, tendría 80 plantas autoabastecidas por el sol y el viento, cada una independiente y capaz de girar 360º sobre si misma.
Un rascacielos ecológico
Con una altura de 388 metros distribuidos en 80 plantas, cada una de estas plantas solapadas a un gigantesco eje central, la torre de Dubai tendría la capacidad de girar 360º gracias a unas turbinas de fibra de carbono que pueden generar 1,2 millones de kw/h. Esto junto con una gran cantidad de paneles solares harían a este ecológico edificio autosuficiente en lo que a energia se refiere, incluso podría vender el excedente de electricidad.
Dadas las características de tan semejante construcción son muchos los problemas que hay que solventar, pero uno de los quebraderos de cabeza de Fisher era el tema de las instalaciones de agua, ya que al girar todo el edificio entero estas resultarían dañadas por el movimiento de este por lo que se optó en hacerlas flexibles para poder soportar el movimiento.
¿Que precio tendrían estos pisos en Dubai?
Los primeros 20 pisos estarían destinados a oficinas, las siguientes plantas hasta la 35 estarían destinadas a un hotel de lujo, después hasta la planta 70 serían apartamentos de 125 m2 y finalmente los últimos 10 pisos (llamados "chalés") serían villas de lujo de 1.200 m2 con todo tipo de comodidades y lujos como piscinas con jacuzzi y jardines privados, llegando incluso a poder subir el coche hasta el mismo apartamento en un ascensor especial para vehículos.
El alquiler medio de pisos en Dubai está en torno a los 2.200 €/Mes
El lujoso edificio en si estaría destinado a familias reales, jefes de estado y altos directivos de importantes empresas de Asia.
Entre 4 y 37 millones de $ deberá disponer quién quiera disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas de Dubai desde la torre giratoria partiendo de más de 20.000 $ por metro cuadrado.
Hay que dejar claro que este edificio a día de hoy no existe, fué un proyecto visionario en la ciudad de Dubai, (Emiratos Árabes Unidos).
Su uso estaría destinado a un hotel, oficinas y residencias de lujo y su costo de ejecución sería de 540.000.000 $.
Su construcción estaba prevista para el año 2008 pero debido a la crisis financiera mundial junto con la gran recesión del mercado inmobiliario en Dubai tuvo que posponerse.
